This LWRC IC SPR Rifle is exactly the same rifle as of their flagship LWRC IC A5 Rifle, but with out the adjustable gas block and scalloped top hand guard. Just like their A5 rifle the SPR has been tourter tested to guarantee it will perform in the most demanding conditions imaginable. LWRCi's SPR Rifle is outfitted with their 1/7 twist cold hammer forged spiral fluted barrel and none adjustable gas block. Its spiral fluted heavy barrel is also nitride treated, this barrel treatment is much more durable than traditional chrome lining and out performs chrome lining in every aspec. Furthermore the spiral fluting reduces the overall barrel weight by 20 percent, it also improves barrel cooling and increases barrel rigidity. Every SPR Rifle is equipped with a one piece nickel boron coated bolt carrier, this advanced bolt carrier is machined out of one piece of steel and features relief cuts in the back of the bolt carrier for water submersion. These rearward relief cuts in the bolt carrier allow the SPR Rifle to fire rounds through the barrel with water in the barrel, all excess water is cleared out of the rear of the bolt. This makes their SPR perfect for water related missions. All the gas piston componets are nitrided treated, including the piston cup, spring and spring cup, they are also case hardened to ensure longevity of these parts that are subjected to extreme temperatures.

 This LWRC IC-SPR 5.56 Rifle 14.7 inch is outfitted with LWRCi's own monoforged upper receiver, featuring a solid 10 screw mounting system to their proprietary 12 inch handguard. The top of the SPR handguard is removable via its two thumb screws, this gives easy access to the gas piston components for cleaning.
